C & M Contractors, Inc. is an aggressive company on the rise! C & M was incorporated in Missouri on August 11, 1995 and is classified as a D.B.E. by the Missouri Department of Transportation. The company has three stockholders: Melinda Vaughn, Charlie Bass, and Cheryl Bass. Our main areas of interest are excavation work, concrete flatwork, sidewalks, curb and gutter, box culverts, commercial site preparation and metal building construction. We have completed projects for organizations such as US Army Corp of Engineers, Missouri Department of Transportation, Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department, Wal-Mart, Lowe’s, and Ducks Unlimited, Inc. We have all the necessary equipment, experience, and competent employees to complete excavation and concrete projects of virtually every size.
